Marius was well underway to becoming a sociologist when he discovered the Internet in the mid-90's. He started creating database-driven web sites on his spare time, and eventually started working in the computer industry in 1997. Marius co-founded Shortcut AS in 2007, and has been working with Gitorious over the last years. He is most productive when working in Ruby, and has a love affair with Smalltalk.
Marius is excited about the business opportunities made possible by free software, and loves working with the fantastic people involved in the free software communities.
Originally a student in informatics, mathematics, and digital signal processing, Christian Johansen has spent his professional career specializing in web applications and front-end development. With over a decade of programming experience, Christian has laid his hands on a variety of technologies. In recent years his programming languages of choice has been Ruby and JavaScript and he is an enthusiastic GNU Linux user.
Christian is a firm believer in and frequent contributor to open source software both through his work at Gitorious AS as well as in his spare time.
Originally intending to study chemistry at the university, Thomas quickly switched to computer science instead. He now has over a decade of experience in the software industry, ranging from small startups to large enterprise companies in numerous technologies. His weapons of choice are Ruby and JavaScript, he has extensive experience in Java and flirts with Lisp in his spare time.
Thomas is mildly obsessed with craftsmanship, elegance and usability in software, and loves how the open source community fosters those ideals.
